The Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) is a document required for the import and export of cargo in the Republic of Guinea. The ECTN is obtained from the National Office of Transport and Transit (ONTT). The ECTN must be presented at the port of entry/exit in Guinea and must be accompanied by a Bill of Lading or Air Waybill.
