ECTN OF GABON : The ECTN is an administrative document obligatory for the shipments of merchandise departing from the territory of a country member of the ECTN system and bound for another country member of the same system.
You can quickly prepare the required ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) paperwork for Togo with Seanautic Marine. Local customs will ban shipments with an invalid ECTN.
Every shipment having Libreville or Port Gentil as its final destination must have a BIETC (Bordereau d'Identification de Traçabilité des Cargaisons) issued by the CGG's authorised representatives. For the Middle East and the Gulf, Seanautic Marine is the designated official agency for providing the BIETC waiver.
